This will provide benefits for both the mentor (experienced professional) and the mentee (learning the ropes).

We are pleased to announce that a new membership structure will be available for Organisations for 2026 and beyond. This option enables a single payment to be made covering all Association employees so that they can all receive the benefits available to Members. This will ensure that each and every member is provided with a high level of customised content and service delivery.
Small Organisations $200 – For Associations with 2-3 FTE employees
Medium Organisations $400 – For Associations with 4-8 FTE employees
Large Organisations $800 – For Associations with 9+ FTE employees
This structure offers significant savings when Associations register for membership collectively. Another benefit is that membership within an organisation can be transferred if employees change during a given membership period.
The details below should help explain how this is determined for a collective membership:
- FTE refers to full-time equivalent employees.
- Two part-time employees can be considered the same as one FTE. For example: 2 FTE + 2 PTE = 3 FTE and could be considered a Small size for organisational membership.
- Organisational membership must be paid in full as an annual subscription and can be paid by credit card or an invoice can be provided for an EFT payment.
